Animal welfare tariff: proof of ownership of an animal from animal welfare must be provided by showing the protection contract
Neighborhood tariff: will be charged for a journey of up to 3 km
Follow-up treatments: the first follow-up treatment must take place no later than 4 weeks after the initial appointment

FAQ Prices

General information

The type and duration of the treatment measures depend on the acute condition of the animal and the individual therapy plan
If the appointment is not made, it must be canceled at least 24 hours before the actual appointment by telephone or text message. Otherwise, the appointment will be charged.

Inclusive costs / travel costs

All prices include material and travel costs up to 30 km (total distance: round trip) from Brüsseler Straße. 2, 13353 Berlin or from Kavalierstraße 19b, 13187 Berlin. Each additional kilometer starting will be charged with 0.50 EUR.

VAT

In accordance with §19 UstG no sales tax will be charged.
